Food Introduction

All the dishes on our menu have been produced using as much local produce as possible.  We are proud to support our farming  and  fishing communities and not only do we believe that using this great local produce further enhances the taste and quality of our unique and exceptional menu, it reflects our awareness and responsibility towards protecting our environment. 

Chef Proprietor  Damon James Duffy and his team of Chefs headed by Paul Fletcher take great satisfaction in constantly striving to surprise and exceed the high standards our discerning clientele have come to expect.  Relax and enjoy your dining experience at the Salty Dog and please advise our Hostess of any special requests  that may make your meal more pleasurable.

Customers are requested to advise us of any allergies to specific food substances. Please note that whilst the utmost care will be taken in the preparation of your meal, traces of nut oil or related ingredients may be present in the woks used to cook most dishes.

Please note that our Standard Optional 10% Service Charge will be added to your food and drinks bill.
